Sourdough Focaccia
Serving focaccia as a side dish, always turns into the main centre piece at dinner parties - it's just that good! And if you still don't have a sourdough starter...this bread is your reason to start
Hey Bread Friend!
Have you hosted any dinner parties this summer?
We have just celebrated 3 birthdays within a week — for my daughter, mother in law and my husband, and I made focaccias on all 3 occasions. It’s such a good crowd pleaser, so easy to make, most of the work is prepped the day before and with the endless possible toppings, you will not get tired of making it… or eating it!

Also … it’s like play-doh for adults when dimpling the dough!
I also learned, that no matter how many focaccia you make, you will never have leftovers…
Might as well double up the recpie on this one and bake 2 plates at once.
Don’t have a sourdough starter yet?
— don’t worry, I got you covered
