Hey Bread Friend!

Have you hosted any dinner parties this summer?

We have just celebrated 3 birthdays within a week — for my daughter, mother in law and my husband, and I made focaccias on all 3 occasions. It’s such a good crowd pleaser, so easy to make, most of the work is prepped the day before and with the endless possible toppings, you will not get tired of making it… or eating it!

As I said — A side dish turned into a centre piece. I thought I made way to much focaccia with 2 pans, but everyone commented on the bread and went for 3rd and 4th servings

Also … it’s like play-doh for adults when dimpling the dough!

I also learned, that no matter how many focaccia you make, you will never have leftovers…

Might as well double up the recpie on this one and bake 2 plates at once.

Don’t have a sourdough starter yet?
